Training
I've spent 20 years watching teams build the wrong thing, then scramble to explain why. My training is designed to break that cycle. Every course is hands-on, grounded in real product challenges, and built around the frameworks that hold up in the field.
Whether you need a whole team certified in scrum, a department speaking the same agile language, or product people who know how to decide what to build, there's a path here. Every course is available as a private cohort for your organization, on-site or live online, and several run as public classes in Colorado.

Open-enrollment classes taught live by me. Every course is also available as a private cohort for your team, on-site or online; the details are on each course page.
Scrum Alliance® Certifications and Micro-credentials
Phase Won is a Scrum Alliance Licensed Training Partner. Every course below ends in an official Scrum Alliance credential and a two-year membership, and every one is taught live, with exercises drawn from real product work. Most organizations now expect more than half their employees to work using agile-related skills, so the catalog covers whole teams, not just the people with agile in their title.
Certification
The most recognized scrum credential. Two hands-on days on the framework, the three accountabilities, the events and artifacts, and the scrum master's real job.
Learn MoreMicro-credential
Learn how agile actually works, for everyone who works on, with, or around an agile team. It is the fastest way to get your whole team or department speaking the same language.
Learn MoreMicro-credential
Learn where AI helps a product owner and where it can't: prompting for backlog items and user stories, streamlining scrum events, forecasting, and the ethics and data risks that come with all of it.
Learn MoreProduct Management Workshops
Learn how agile teams decide what to build and why: customer research and personas, user stories, business cases, and prioritizing when everything feels urgent. AI tools are woven throughout, and you keep a template toolkit.
One full day or two evenings. Private cohorts for your team, plus open-enrollment classes on Colorado's Front Range.
Learn MoreLearn to read your market in a workshop series: competitive landscape, users and buyers, and the signals worth tracking. Your team leaves with a shared picture of where the opportunity is and what to watch next.
An open-enrollment version is in development. Private cohorts available now as a Market Analysis workshop.
Learn MoreGo deep on continuous discovery: structured customer interviews, opportunity solution trees, rapid assumption testing, and building a discovery habit into your team's rhythm.
For experienced product managers and product owners ready to go beyond the basics.
Learn MoreA facilitated three to five day sprint to solve your team's most critical product challenge: map the problem, sketch solutions, prototype, and test with real users before the week is out.
For teams facing a high-stakes decision or stuck in analysis paralysis. On-site or remote, anywhere in the US.
Learn MoreWho It's For
Whether you're new to product or a seasoned PM looking to sharpen your discovery and strategy skills.
POs who want to go beyond backlog management and build real influence over product direction and outcomes.
Engineering, design, and business teams who want a shared language and better ways of working together.
Directors and VPs who want to build product management capability across their organizations.

Private cohorts run best at 8 to 20 participants so everyone gets hands-on practice and attention. Larger groups can be split into multiple cohorts.
Yes, for the Scrum Alliance courses.
