Workshops
Engage your team with interactive workshops where they'll come together to solve real problems. These tailored sessions are facilitated end-to-end so everyone in the room stays in the solution instead of being distracted by running the process.
Phase Won has a variety of workshops that can be adapted to your needs, industry, and working style. Some of the most popular choices are Design Sprints and Market Analysis. A Design Sprint takes one high-stakes product question from problem to customer-validated prototype in a week. A Market Analysis workshop maps your competitive landscape, users, and buyers, and ends with insights you can point a strategy at.
I'm Corissa Bowman, a product management trainer and workshop facilitator with 20+ years in the field, including deep experience in healthcare and health IT. I'm based in Golden, Colorado and work with teams on-site anywhere in the US or fully remote.

Learn MoreCommon Questions
It depends on the workshop. Some of these are designed for your product team, others are geared toward cross-team collaboration. I'll help you build the right group before we start.
It depends on the workshop and how much time your team has to invest. We can tailor the content to your needs.
On-site at your location anywhere in the US, or fully remote over video. I'm based in Golden, Colorado and happy to travel. We'll settle the format on the kick-off call.
Every workshop is tailored to your specific challenge, team size, and industry context. I adapt exercises, examples, and facilitation style to match where your team is starting from.
Very little. I'll send a short pre-workshop brief to review, and we'll have a kick-off call a week ahead to align on the challenge and the group. I handle the rest.
Yes, most workshops have some homework designed to give your team a chance to practice what they're learning and get feedback as we go.
While I've spent a lot of my career working with healthcare and health IT teams, these workshops are designed to work well across all industries.
When someone on your team plays facilitator, they can't also be a full participant. They're watching the clock, managing the room, deciding when to move on, and handling logistics, all while trying to contribute ideas about a problem they're close to. Something usually gives. A dedicated facilitator changes the dynamic. Your team gets to focus completely on the problem. I keep the process moving, navigate the moments where group dynamics or internal politics threaten to stall progress, and make sure decisions stick after the week is over.
I also bring pattern recognition from facilitating across teams and industries: where things tend to go sideways, how to adapt when they do, and how to push a group toward real decisions rather than comfortable non-answers.
